La Brasserie menu
For the art nouveau restaurant in the Ritz Taipei Hotel, we created this oversized menu using a William Morris wallpaper sample. Morris was the leading 19th century commercial artist, and his work was the pinnacle of the art nouveau movement in visual arts.
The menu is a seven-color reprint of Morris' design, modified to accommodate the menu's square cover. The beautiful script lettering was drawn by Tom Carnase.
